The company was not public in the year-earlier period. It reported an adjusted loss per share of 4 cents; compared to the FactSet consensus of as loss of 8 cents. Revenue was $71.5 million, up from $44.6 million in the year-earlier period and above the FactSet consensus of $67.2 million. It issued a revenue outlook of $72.5 million to $74.5 million and an adjusted loss per share of 6 cents to 5 cents for the fourth quarter. FactSet analysts had expected revenue of $70.5 million and an adjusted loss of 6 cents per share.
