TiVo CEO Tom Rogers To Resign In January
TiVo Inc. said Tuesday Chief Executive Tom Rogers will resign at the end of January, and will serve as non-executive chairman of the board starting in February. The San Jose, Calif., company has formed a search committee to select a new CEO, who could be an internal or external candidate, TiVo said. Rogers worked for TiVo for nearly 11 years, the company said. TiVo is scheduled to report third-quarter results after the bell on Nov. 24. The company will take a one-time charge in the fourth quarter related to the CEO's departure. Shares of TiVo fell 0.1% in late trading Monday after ending the regular trading day down 0.9%.
