Time Warner Names New Senior VP Of Mergers And Acquisitions

Time Warner Inc. on Wednesday said that Priya Dogra will serve as the company's new senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions. Dogra, who joined Time Warner in 2009 as a M&A director, will oversee the company's global mergers and acquisitions with long-term corporate strategies in mind. Before joining Time Warner, Dogra was a vice president at investment bank Citigroup, working in the technology, media and telecom arena. Time Warner stock recently took a hit, falling to a nine-month low following the company's second-quarter earnings report Aug. 5. Time Warner shares are down 8% in the year to date, while the S&P is up 1%.
