Time Warner Cable CFO Arthur Minson To Leave Company

Time Warner Cable Inc. said Monday its Chief Financial Officer Arthur Minson is leaving the company with immediate effect. Minson will remain as advisor to the company until Charter Communications Inc. has completed its planned merger with Time Warner Cable, the company said in a statement. William Osbourn, who is currently senior vice president and controller and chief accounting officer, and Matthew Siegel, who is senior vice president and treasurer, will be acting CFOs. Minson is planning to join shared office-space company WeWork as president and chief operating officer.
