The aluminum producer said it signed a deal worth more than $1 billion to supply Boeing Corp. with sheet and plate products.

Vail Resorts (NYSE:MTN) up $8.98 to $85.75

The ski resort operator bought Utah's Park City Mountain Resort, which could lead to the creation of the country's largest resort.

BlackBerry (NASDAQ:BBRY) up 51 cents to $10.78

The wireless communications company will buy U.K. startup Movirtu, which focuses on virtual identity, for an undisclosed amount.

JDS Uniphase (NASDAQ:JDSU) up $1.25 to $13.36

The technology company plans to separate into companies focusing on optics and lasers, and separately, network testing equipment.

Lululemon Athletica (NASDAQ:LULU) up $5.34 to $43.73

The athletic apparel company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results and raised its full-year outlook.

Orexigen Therapeutics (NASDAQ:OREX) down 62 cents to $5.28

The biotechnology company received FDA approval for its weight-loss drug Contrave, but with a warning for suicidal thoughts.
