Three Londoners Charged With Insider Dealing

Three Londoners have been charged with insider dealing in Logica shares in May and June 2012, the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority said Wednesday. Manjeet Singh Mohal appeared in court over two counts of insider trading by disclosing non-public information, while Reshim Birk and Surinder Pal Singh Sappal faced charges of insider dealing in securities.The FCA said it has secured 27 convictions for insider dealing, while it's currently prosecuting eight more.
