Tech stocks put in a mixed early trading performance Wednesday in the wake of the mid-term elections in the U.S. Among tech sector leaders, small gains came from Netflix Inc. , Oracle Corp. [orcl], and Apple Inc. . Decliners included Facebook Inc. , Amazon.com Inc. and Pandora Media Inc. . The Nasdaq Composite Index edged up by 3 points to 4,627.
