Supreme Court Declines To Rule On Same-sex Marriage Bans

The Supreme Court has declined to decide if same-sex marriage bans are constitutional. The high court rejected gay-marriage appeals from Indiana, Utah, Oklahoma, Virginia and Wisconsin. The decision not to hear cases allows same-sex marriages to go forward in those states.
