Studio City, a Macau Entertainment Resorts, Files Confidentially For IPO

Studio City, a Hollywood-inspired resort in Macau, said Monday that it has confidentially filed for an initial public offering of American Depositary Shares. The company said the number of shares and the dollar amount of the offering are yet to be determined. The company said the offering is "expected to commence as market conditions permit," but the company would have to file a public F-1 statement before then.
