Stocks See Green as Dow Skyrockets 390 Points
A nice welcome back from the long holiday weekend as the markets rebounded following their second-worst weekly performance this year. All the major averages closed comfortably in the green - the Dow skyrocketing 390-points today. The S&P 500 rose 48 points, while the Nasdaq jumped 128-points.
And who showed up in the midst of the market rally in mid-town Manhattan today? The third richest man in the world, Warren Buffett. In a one-on-one interview w/ the Oracle from Omaha just 9 days ahead of the next Fed meeting and I asked him, if he were running the Ded would he tighten interest rates now.
Late in the session the World Bank agreed, warning the Fed should not raise rates during this volatility.
