Stocks Open Little Changed Ahead Of More Yellen Testimony

U.S. stocks opened little changed on Tuesday as investors were cautious ahead of another day of testimony by Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen. Downbeat results from Hewlett-Packard Inc. weighed on technology stocks. Earnings reports from retailers, such as Target, Lowe's and Dollar Tree are also likely to grab investor attention. The S&P 500 opened off a point at 2,113.67. The Dow Jones Industrial Average began the session flat at 18,204.88. The Nasdaq Composite was off by 10 points, or 0.2%, at 4,957.60.
