Stocks Open Higher As Wall St Marks 6th Anniversary Of Bull Market | Fox Business

U.S. stocks slightly higher on Monday as Wall Street marks the sixth anniversary of the bull market. The S&P 500 hit a bottom on March 9, 2009 at 676.53 and has more than tripled since then. But stretched valuations on a backdrop of shaky global economic growth prompt fears that the market may be moving toward another bubble. The S&P 500 opened 2.6 points, or 0.1%, higher at 2,073.88. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 27 points, or 0.2%, to 17,884.72. The Nasdaq Composite began the day up 7 points, or 0.2%, at 4,934.66.
