Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. fell $1.48 or 2.0 percent, to $71.05.

Best Buy fell $.06 or .2 percent, to $35.33.

Home Depot Inc. fell $2.31 or 2.0 percent, to $111.39.

Lowe's Cos. fell $1.32 or 1.8 percent, to $71.84.

Staples fell $.26 or 1.6 percent, to $15.99.

TJX Companies fell $.98 or 1.5 percent, to $65.31.
