Sirius Expects To Beat 2014 Revenue, EBITDA And Cash Flow Guidance

Sirius XM said Wednesday it added 1.75 million subscribers in 2014, beating its own target of 1.5 million. The satellite radio operator said it ended the year with 27.3 million subscribers. The company is expecting to beat its 2014 guidance for revenue, adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow, without specifying numbers. For 2015, the company is expecting net subscriber additions of about 1.2 million, revenue of about $4.4 billion and free cash flow of about $1.25 billion. The company will unveil its final results for the fourth quarter on Feb. 5. Shares were not yet active in premarket trade, but has fallen 0.2% in the last three months, while the S&P 500 has gained 3.5%.
