Shopify Files For IPO Of Up To $100 Million

Cloud-based e-commerce platform Shopify Inc. on Tuesday filed for an initial public offering of up to $100 million. Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets are lead managers on the deal, according to the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company is planning to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "SHOP".
