Ryan Invites Obama To Deliver State Of The Union On Jan. 12

WASHINGTON – House Speaker Paul Ryan invited President Barack Obama to give the State of the Union address on Tuesday, Jan. 12. In a letter, Ryan said "we have both an opportunity and an obligation to find common ground to advance the nation's interest at home and abroad."
