Russian Investment Fund Among Latest Sanctioned By U.S. Treasury

A Russian investment fund called the Marshall Capital Fund was among a group of 24 individuals and entities sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury over the conflict in Eastern Ukraine. Konstantin Malofeyev, who owns the fund, also was sanctioned. The Night Wolves biker group, who have appeared with Russian President Vladimir Putin, also were sanctioned.
