A New York company is recalling 2 million children's watches that light up because the back of the watch can detach, creating a risk of skin irritation and chemical burns.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission said accessories company MZB has received 11 reports of consumers who suffered skin irritation or chemical burns after the watch's case-back detached, exposing the inside of the watch to water. The agency said six customers needed medical treatment.

The recall covers more than 300 MZB watches featuring characters like Spider-Man, the Avengers, My Little Pony, "Star Wars" characters and Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Disney princesses.
The watches were sold at retailers including Wal-Mart, K-Mart and Kohl's from 2012 to June 2015. They cost between $5 and $20. The recall includes 1.9 million watches sold in the U.S. and 58,800 sold in Canada.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada say consumers should take the watches away from children and contact MZB for a refund.
