Regis Corp. Seeking Strategic Alternatives For Mall-based Salons

Regis Corp. said late Wednesday it is planning strategic alternatives for its mall-based hair salons. The operator of the Regis Salons and MasterCuts hair salon chains said it has retained the firm Huron Transaction Advisory to help in its review of its mall-based stores. The company operates more than 900 salons employing more than 7,500 stylists. Shares of Regis were unchanged at $9.45 after hours.
