The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has posted the details of its proposed $225 million settlement with Exxon Mobil over pollution in Linden and Bayonne.
The proposal also includes proposed resolutions for contaminants at 16 services stations across the state in addition to the two northern New Jersey refineries.
