Rackspace Shares Rally In Wake Of Quarterly Results

Rackspace Hosting Inc. late Monday reported its third-quarter net income rose to $25.7 million, or 18 cents a share, from $16.3 million, or 11 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue increased to $459.8 million from $388.6 million. In the fourth quarter, Rackspace expects revenue in a range of $469 million to $476 million. Shares of Rackspace rallied 4% after hours.
