Russian opposition politician and former Deputy Prime Minister Boris Nemtsov was shot dead in Moscow on Friday, according to Radio Free Europe Radio Liberty, citing multiple Russian news agencies. Nemtsov was reportedly shot four times and died of his injuries. Nemtsov was once considered a possible successor to President Boris Yeltsin and was a vocal critic of President Vladimir Putin, Radio Free Europe said.
