Priceline Names Christa Quarles As OpenTable CEO

The Priceline Group late Tuesday said it appointed Christa Quarles as chief executive officer of OpenTable, effective immediately. Quarles has served as the interim CEO since September when Matt Roberts was named chairman of OpenTable. Priceline bought OpenTable, a restaurant reservation website, in 2014 for $2.6 billion. Shares of Priceline were mostly flat at $1,259 in after-hours trading.
