Price of gas creeping up at the pumps in New Hampshire, slightly higher than national average
CONCORD, N.H. – Gas prices in New Hampshire are creeping up, rising 1.1 cents per gallon in the past week.
The average price of a gallon of gas Monday was $3.66 a gallon, according to gasbuddycom. That's a penny more than the national average, which fell 2.3 cents per gallon.
Gas prices in New Hampshire are 21.1 cents a gallon higher than they were one year ago, and are 5.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
The national average decreased seven-tenths of a cent per gallon in the last month and stands 17.5 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
