Pioneer Down 2.6% After Einhorn Comments; EOG Turns Flat

Shares in Pioneer Natural Resources Co. were down 2.6% as influential investor David Einhorn criticized the company and others engaged in hydraulic fracturing, or fracking. Einhorn is speaking Monday at the Sohn Investment Conference in New York. Shares in EOG Resources Inc. were roughly flat after erasing gains during Einhorn's presentation.
