Pennsylvania Governor Suspends Death Penalty

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf has suspended the state's death penalty, his office said Friday. Wolf, a Democrat, said a moratorium will remain in place until he has received a forthcoming state report on capital punishment.
