Party City Prices IPO At $17/share, Top Of Range: Report

Party City Holdco Inc's has priced its initial public offering at $17 per share, Reuters reported late Wednesday, citing an underwriter. The price would represent the top of the IPO's indicative range and would bring in about $372 million, valuing the party-goods seller at roughly $1.97 billion. The shares are due to debut Thursday morning on the Nasdaq under the ticker PRTY.
