Party City Files To Raise Up To $427.7 Million In An IPO
Party City Holdco filed to sell 21.9 million shares between $15 and $17 each in an initical public offering. The party goods retailer's stock is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "PRTY." Including options granted to the underwriters of the offering to cover overallotments, Party City could raise $427.7 million in the IPO. The joint bookrunners of the offering include Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Goldman Sachs Lending Partners, Morgan Stanley Senior Lending and Pierce, Fenner & Smith.
