Online marketplace Etsy Inc. has priced its initial public offering at $16 a share, the top end of the range, according to a Dow Jones Newswires report late Wednesday. The company is planning to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker ETSY, and has said it will sell 16.6 million shares. The company was founded in Brooklyn, New York in 2005 and had 54 million members at the end of 2014, with 1.4 million active sellers and 19.8 million active buyers around the world.
