Oil Ends At Lowest In Two Years, Drops 13% On Quarter
Crude-oil futures on Tuesday dropped to their lowest settlement since November 2012, amassing 13% losses in the third quarter, their steepest quarterly stumble since the second quarter of 2012. Crude for November delivery declined $3.41 to settle at $91.16 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, following reports production from OPEC members had reached its highest in nearly two years.
