Ohio gas prices higher to start work week; state prices less than national average
Gas prices are moving back up again in Ohio.
A gallon of regular gas was averaging $3.29 in Monday's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and WEX Inc. That's a dime more than a week ago, but 7 cents lower than last month at this time.
The Ohio average is still slightly lower than the national average, which was $3.34 on Monday, identical to last week's average price.
Among Ohio's metropolitan areas, the Youngstown area has lowest average at about $3.26 per gallon. The highest average price is about $3.32 in Cincinnati.
