Nymex Oil Futures Close At Highest Level Of 2015
Oil futures jumped for a second day, with Nymex May crude closing at the highest level for a most-active contract since Dec. 30. Oil futures were boosted in part by expectations weekly data due on Wednesday will show a decline, as well as preliminary signs of improving demand, analysts said. Nymex May crude rose $1.84, or 3.5%, to settle at $53.98 a barrel.
