News Corp Acquires BigDecisions.com In India

News Corp said Friday it had acquired BigDecisions.com in India for undisclosed terms. The site provides financial decision-making tools for consumers in India using algorithms and data. The acquisition includes the site's parent company, FinDirect Services Pvt Ltd. and follows an investment by News Corp in November in PropTiger.com, a residential real estate site in India. News Corp is also the owner of MarketWatch.com, the publisher of this report.
