The international potential for Netflix Inc. continues to be a plus as global business insight firm IHS forecasts that subscribers in Western Europe will reach more than 21 million by 2019, up from 3 million in 2013. This could mean Western Europe would make up 23% of the company's total subscribers. And as the streaming giant plans to enter new markets, IHS reports that Netflix already spends more on content than the BBC, Time Warner Inc.'s HBO and the Discovery Channel.
