NBA Legend Magic Johnson Will Join Square's Board Of Directors

Square, the company that focuses on point-of-sale solutions for small businesses, announced Wednesday it's adding NBA Hall of Famer Earvin "Magic" Johnson to its board of directors. Johnson is currently chairman and CEO of of Magic Johnson Enterprises. He played 13 seasons as point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers. Square Chief Executive Jack Dorsey, who's also interim CEO of Twitter, said in a statement that the company is honored to have Johnson's "unique perspective" as an advocate for economic inclusion.
