Natural-gas Supply Increase Slightly Above Expectations

U.S. natural-gas supplies rose 40 billion cubic feet in the week ended Nov. 7, the Energy Information Administration reported Friday. The report was slightly above expectations of an increase between 37 bcf and 39 bcf. December natural gas rose 1 cent, or 0.3%, to $4.10 per million British thermal units, paring some gains after the report.
