Mylan Hires Kenneth Parks As Chief Financial Officer

Mylan N.V. said Tuesday that it has hired Kenneth Parks as chief financial officer, effective June 6. Parks joins from Wesco International where he was CFO. He has spent the majority of his career with United Technologies Corp. , most recently as vice president of finance. Mylan shares are up 3.4% in premarket trading after the company announced first-quarter earnings. The pharmaceutical company's shares are down 21% for the year so far while the S&P 500 is up 1.8% for the same period.
