Mortgage Rates Inch Up As 30-year Reaches 3.67%

Mortgage rates inched up last week, with the benchmark 30-year fixed-rate mortgage up to 3.67% in the week ending April 16 from 3.66%, Freddie Mac said Thursday. The 15-year averaged 2.94%, up from 2.93%, and the 5-year Treasury-indexed adjustable-rate mortgage averaged 2.88%, up from 2.83%. The 1-year Treasury-indexed ARM stayed at 2.46%.
