Morgan Stanley Elects Jami Miscik To Its Board Of Directors
Morgan Stanley announced on Friday it has appointed Jami Miscik to its board of directors and Griff Sexton, a director since 2005, will step down. Miscik is president and vice chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc., a strategic international consulting firm. Prior to Kissinger, she worked in the intelligence community for 20 years and served as the Central Intelligence Agency's deputy director for intelligence from 2002 to 2005. "We are very pleased to welcome Ms. Miscik to the Board," said Chief Executive James Gorman. "Her leadership in navigating geopolitical and macroeconomic risks will provide valuable guidance to the Board on matters of critical importance to our businesses, our clients and our shareholders."
