Micron Technology's CFO To Retire

Micron Technology said on Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Ronald Foster will retire, effective Feb. 28, 2015, after 6 1/2 years in the position. The semiconductor company did not name a replacement. "We thank Ron for his leadership and guidance, and wish him well in his future endeavors. Ron is looking forward to spending more time with his family at his cabin in the Pacific Northwest," said Chief Executive Mark Durcan. The stock, which was inactive in premaket trade, has run up 48% so far this year through Monday, compared with a 20% rise in the PHLX Semiconductor Index and a 10% gain in the S&P 500.
