Marc Andreessen Stepping Down From EBay's Board

Business venture capitalist Marc Andreessen is resigning from eBay Inc.'s board, the e-commerce heavyweight said Monday. The move comes after the board's recent decision to separate eBay and PayPay into two separate companies in the second half of 2015. Andreessen "said that now is the right time to step down," said eBay in a statement. Andreessen had served on eBay's board since September 2008.
