Louisiana Brothers-in-law Charged With Insider Trading

Two Louisiana men have been charged with insider trading by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC said Thursday that brothers-in-law Scott Zeringue and Jesse Roberts III both bought shares of the Baton Rouge-based Shaw Group based on confidential information about its impending acquisition by Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. . Separate federal criminal charges were filed against Roberts, the SEC added.
