Live Nation Shares Rise After Revenue Tops Street Estimate

Live Nation Entertainment Inc. shares jumped in the extended session Thursday after the Ticketmaster owner topped revenue expectations for the quarter. Live Nation shares rose 7.2% to $29. The company reported adjusted third-quarter earnings of 44 cents a share on revenue of $2.76 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had estimated 44 cents a share on revenue of $2.44 billion.
