Lazard Raises Quarterly Dividend By 17% To 35 Cents a Share

Lazard Ltd. on Wednesday said its board has approved a 17% hike in its quarterly dividend to 35 cents a share. The investment bank said the new dividend will be payable on May 15 to shareholders of record as of close of business May 4. Shares were not active in after-hours, but are up 13% in the year so far, while the S&P 500 has gained about 2%.
