Landcadia Holdings Trading In Line With IPO Issue Price

Shares of Landcadia Holdings Inc. , a blank check company, were trading at $10 Thursday, in line with the issue price, in the company's first trading day. Landcadia sold 25 million units to raise about $250 million. Each unit includes one share of class A common stock and one warrant. Jefferies and Deutsche Bank Securities were the lead underwriters.
