Kansas Rocked By 4.8 Earthquake

An earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale struck southern Kansas Wednesday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake was centered about 30 miles southwest of Wichita and 124 miles north of Oklahoma City, according to the USGS.
