Justice Department Sues Volkswagen Over Clean Air Act Violations

The Justice Department said it's filed a civil lawsuit against Volkswagen due to Clean Air Act violations from the nearly 600,000 diesel engine vehicles that allegedly had illegal defeat devices. The Environmental Protection Agency first announced the VW violations in September.
