Judge Throws Out Charges Against Former Goldman Programmer Aleynikov

A New York state judge has thrown out charges against Sergey Aleynikov, the former Goldman Sachs programmer charged with stealing computer code, according to press reports. That ends a second trial against the high-frequency-trading coder, who had federal charges thrown out by an appellate court.
