Joe Lieberman Among Candidates To Be Interviewed To Head FBI

Former Sen. Joe Lieberman is among the candidates President Donald Trump will interview to replace James Comey as the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Wednesday. Spicer said the others are current Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Oklahoma Gov. Frank Keating and Richard McFeely, a former top FBI official. Trump fired Comey on May 9. Lieberman, now an independent, was the Democratic nominee for vice president in 2000, running with Al Gore.
