Intuit Shares Rise After Results Top Street View
SAN FRANCISCO – Intuit Inc. shares rose in the extended session Thursday after the tax and accounting software company topped Wall Street expectations. Intuit shares rose 1.6% to $92.60 on moderate volume. The company reported an adjusted second-quarter loss of 6 cents a share on revenue of $808 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet were expecting a loss of 13 cents a share on revenue of $786.6 million. Intuit reiterated its adjusted earnings outlook of $2.45 to $2.50 a share for the year. Analysts expect $2.47 a share.
